After getting a job that requires the use of a laptop all day, I was suffering with awful pressure headaches (posture definitely affected this) and my eyes felt like they were bulging and struggling to say open by the end of the day. I invested in a decent chair, but the headaches remained. I kept the night light on all day on the screen and kept the brightness down; still no better. Saw these and thought I'd give them a shot (honestly thought it was just a fad...)... I have only had two headaches in the past month since wearing them! I am amazed, genuinely shocked and so glad I invested in a pair. The only thing I would say to be cautious of, is that I have a small head and they feel slightly tight on my temples...so if you don't have a small head (kids glasses normally fit me and adults are normally way too large) then these probably won't fit you!
